"The staff was really helpful when we had to get a Taxi to take us to Big Buddha and then use the same taxi to take us to a different hotel located in Kamala Beach. "

"The beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. The mini bar had some nice complimentary items. Unlike many places, the rooms were not serviced each day, nor was the water replaced. Our room had a door to an adjoining room, and we could hear everything that happened in the next room. The service we received was exceptional and we really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay again."

"I really loved this accomodation and the staff were amazing. It was quite noisy at night and in the morning but we did go during high tourist season so maybe that’s why. It was quite a long drive to many of the different sites, I would recommend hiring a mophead if you are able to"

"We loved everything about this hotel and didn’t want to leave. Be aware it’s far from the busy side of the island but you can use Grab or a taxi to get around. It’s perfect for a restful rejuvenating vacation. The food was good and good selection. We loved the private pool room. "

"Lovely Resort! The staff are so kind and accommodating! You can rent a scooter from the resort , so cheap and explore the island. Breakfast was included and average but yummy! The dining options for lunch and supper are Thai and western, very good! Nice clean rooms and if you get a room without an attached pool you can use the pool at the resort on the beach down below! Incredible stay

"What an incredible stay , it felt so peaceful as it's such a huge space with many buildings to discover , the beach on your doorstep to kayak , the staff were very lovely ,it is very eco friendly , would highly recommend if you want somewhere with peace and quiet , good energy and to feel like you have the resort to yourself , "

"Blue Bay seemed like a lovely place to stay but they overbooked their hotel. We planned on staying with them for 4 nights including New Years. We reserved 3 rooms that opened up the pool. We wanted an extra special New Years as a family so we spent more than we usually do. When we arrived they told me I had booked a different hotel. When I showed them my reservation they then said that they had overbooked their hotel and were sending us down the street to a different location. At the other resort we didn't get rooms with a view or near the pool. When we asked they said that we would have to pay them extra for the nicer room as their hotel rooms cost more than Blue Bay. We couldn't even get an extra bed in our room as they wanted us to pay another $25 a night for it. My wife and I ended up sharing 2 twin beds with our son. Overall, I am very disappointed with this place and I would not recommend anyone staying here as you may or may not get your reservation. "
