"Smaller hotel located close to city center with many restaurants, shops, parks and a small shopping center in walking distance, room was reasonably spacious and quiet (a bit of traffic noise in the morning), staff very friendly. Hotel restaurant was good and there are a few different choices for breakfast. Only negatives were the many mosquitos in the room during the first 2 nights (previous occupant may have left a window open overnight), the mattress was a little on the soft side for my taste...

"The bed linen and towels very very smelly. Although it seems like some of it had been washed, it eas probably done on a low temperature, poorly dried and not disinfected. The place appears like it's also being caters the "per hour customers". However, even that I would not care about if the linen and towels were clean, as overall it has a potential to be a good value for money place."

"The location is perfect. It is close to the center, planetarium, museums, Puzata Hata restaurant (10 in walk), subway station. The room and cleanliness are poor. In my room, there was no shampoo provided. I have to go and ask for it. The heat was not working the first day, I have to sleep under two blankets and fully dressed. Although, they fixed it on the second day of my stay. The towels are so used that they are not white anymore because they are old and washed too many times. No tea kettle...

"Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. "
