"Beautiful hotel. The hotel is extremely clean at all times. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the best customer service. Breakfast is actually brought up to your room! I once asked if they had coffee, they apologized for not having any on site and went out on their own and got me coffee from a good coffee spot a small drive away! "Mizirawi Hotel is in the heart of Ramallah. From shopping to dining, you have a lot of options within walking distance. The area is safe and I was comfortable to go buy essentials after dark hours. Staff will get whatever you need if you prefer 🙂 The staff were wonderful, Mahmoud the receptionist is attentive and always there to answer your questions or lend you a hand. Mizirawi is family-owned and operated; Janine and Dani, the owners live on the property and are there for the guests daily....
