The kitchen opens into the living area and is fully equipped with high end stainless steel appliances. The living area is large with comfortable seating and large T.V. The large bedroom includes a King Bed with a second T.V. and plenty of closet space. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with bench, rain shower head and a hand held shower wand. The double vanity features a large mirror with plenty of light. This bathroom also has a separate toilet room. This villa also features a stackable washer and dryer in the laundry closet located off the kitchen.
You are within walking distance to Night Heron Park and The Sanctuary Hotel. Roy Barth Tennis Center is a short bike ride away. While many Golf courses are just a short drive away, The Turtle Point Golf Course is our closest golf course from the villa.
