Unobstructed views of Kiawah Islands pristine beach! This truly beautifully decorated, fully renovated one bedroom, one bath villa features TWO balconies. One balcony off the open living area is covered and includes a dining table and chairs seating four. The other balcony is open and has a private entrance from the main bedroom with two lounge chairs. This lovely villa is located on the first floor with an easy convenient beach access.
The kitchen opens into the living area and is fully equipped with high end stainless steel appliances. The living area is large with comfortable seating and large T.V. The large bedroom includes a King Bed with a second T.V. and plenty of closet space. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with bench, rain shower head and a hand held shower wand. The double vanity features a large mirror with plenty of light. This bathroom also has a separate toilet room. This villa also features a stackable washer and dryer in the laundry closet located off the kitchen.
You are within walking distance to Night Heron Park and The Sanctuary Hotel. Roy Barth Tennis Center is a short bike ride away. While many Golf courses are just a short drive away, The Turtle Point Golf Course is our closest golf course from the villa.

Lovely Villa
Have stayed at the Villas a few times and this unit is top notch especially with the oceanfront view and it's location. It's been renovated recently and has easy access to the beach and to the Market. Check-in and check-out was super easy. We look forward to staying there again!

Our first visit for my husband and I to Kiawah. So glad we stumbled upon this Villa. Absolutely stunning and comfortable. The kitchen had every utensil and small appliance you could possibly need. The walk to the beach was less than 2 minutes and the views from the entire Villa are breathtaking! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Kiawah. Check in and out was super easy and communicating the owner/property manager was not a problem at all.

East Beach condo
Another amazing stay in East Beach and this unit was top notch. My wife and I have been coming down to Kiawah for our anniversary each year since 2016. And this was the nicest unit we have stayed in. Newly renovated, very nicely I must say, and a great view on the water from the balcony. Everything was very clean and made for a very comfortable stay. Very impressed. Looking forward to our next visit.

Just a stunning rental. High quality everything from the linen duvet cover to the super comfy couch and beautiful dishes. It was amazing having the covered deck to watch the ocean from…the gorgeous views made the already wonderful space absolutely incredible! My partner and I enjoyed a lovely birthday weekend here and I hope we can come back again!

Immaculate Oceanfront Condo- The Perfect Getaway!
This condo was perfect for my wife and I to celebrate her retirement. This will begin the travel phase of our lives. The condo is very tastefully decorated and updated with fine amenities. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook a few meals during your stay. The location is very nice and the short boardwalk to the beach is wonderful. Patricia has done a fabulous job with this home and our stay was excellent. She was also very helpful with recommendation on getting around the island and communication was very fast and thorough. We will definitely have this on our list to visit again. If you are looking for an upscale condo to visit Kiawah Island, I highly recommend this rental. I will miss having my coffee on the covered patio tomorrow morning! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home.

My wife and I stayed at the Windswept Villa for 2 nights. Really nice villa place with plenty of room for 2 and if would still be perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great location and great view of the ocean. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful weekend getaway!
My husband and I found this property when we were looking to extend our stay on Kiawah. The property manager was accommodating and very communicative. The villa was clean, well appointed, had an outstanding view, and did not disappoint. There are so many things within walking distance that we never got back in the car after we arrived.
