This 4th-floor, end-unit villa offers expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean and is conveniently located within walking distance of many of Kiawah Island's premier spots like the Sanctuary Hotel and Night Heron Park.

This bright and airy villa is decorated in a comfortable, coastal style, and the open-floor plan of the main living space is ideal for spending time with friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a deep sink, recessed lighting, and ample cabinet space. There are two bedrooms: one room with a king bed and the other room with a queen bed - both perfect for seeking relaxation after a day at the beach. Each bedroom boasts large windows and an en suite bathroom.

Perhaps the favorite spot is the private balcony, furnished with comfortable outdoor seating. It is ideal for enjoying the stunning ocean and beach views while sipping your morning coffee or late night conversations while taking in the island breezes and crashing waves.

Not quite ready to rent
We booked the condo for our summer vacation and it was not up to expectations. The condo has a great location and view but is need of updating. The kitchen/laundry were updated with all new appliances which was very nice. The walls had scuff marks and need painting. The fixtures would benefit from updating. Some of the lights in bathrooms appeared to be missing covers. We had a few problems that detracted from the vacation. The A/C stopped working mid-week. We noticed it in the evening before we went to dinner. After multiple phone calls/texts during a birthday dinner, the issue was stabilized. However, the temperature was still too hot that night. An HVAC worker did come promptly in the AM and unplug a clogged drain. The A/C worked well the rest of the week. The new dishwasher was not properly installed on arrival. As a result, we were unable to use for the first half of the stay. Initially, it had no power; this was fixed promptly. Unfortunately, the hoses were not installed properly and it began leaking on the initial use. Luckily, we were present to turn it off and promptly notify the property manager. It was eventually fixed but rug in the kitchen had to be removed to dry and carpet adjacent to the kitchen remained wet. We had a kitchen blind break which required another call to the property manager. The property manager was very responsive to fix problems but there were far too many. They did provide a reasonable refund after I requested it.
