It was a nice stay in this new and neat hotel. Room was nice and clean. There was little to no noise and we could eat together with our children in one of the restaurants opposite to te hotel.

The hotel is very centrally located, walking distance to ferry terminals, main station, and city center. The rooms appear freshly remodeled and are very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast buffet. Parking in a garage in the same building (at extra cost).

New hotel with good and clean rooms. The family rooms are a bit small and the bunk beds only work for children up to 150cm. Breakfast was normal, could use a small upgrade. Great location and good views from room

We arrive around 9.30 at the evening with our 10year old child, tired after a long drive. We are then told that the aircon in the room is broken. We are not asked if we want another room. To tired to discuss, we go to the room, and it is freezing cold, because outside it is -2 degrees, so not a good experience. They had time to contact me with a private message through this app, about the parking conditions, maybe they should also have mentioned the freezing cold room.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, was die Stadtnähe angeht. Hotel sehr sauber. Der Empfangsservice war super, bis auf eine Dame, die nicht freundlich war. Das Frühstück ist leider ziemlich langweilig und nicht sehr ausgewogen, aber immerhin im Preis inbegriffen. Für einen Tag ist das Frühstück sicherlich in Ordnung, bei drei Tagen etwas langweilig. Natürlich sind die Zimmer klein, in anderen Hotels aber auch. ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden, da wir nur 5 Tage hier verbrachten. Für längere Aufenthalte aus Platzgründen eher nicht so geeignet. Der Service insgesamt hervorragend. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter.
