Good location, situated right next to the Central Station. Very quick check-in process but the room interior looks very old and the ambience is not that pleasant for the price. Basic amenities such as towels, shower gel, shampoo and a locker, and coffee with a heating jar were available

Good location with easy access to city centre
The room was comfortable with all requirements (just kettle was missed 😊). Friendly staff. Room was clean and pretty quiet. The check out at 12 was very convenient. Parking was available so I could seek my car from the window. Hotel was located right beside the train station and close to harbor so make it easy for travelers to get to it in short time.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Hatte Zimmer mit Hafenblick- mega Aussicht. Hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet mit Top Aussicht. In der Umgebung viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, zu den Schiffsanlegern (ich bin am nächsten Tag mit der Color Line nach Norwegen gefahren) nur einige Minuten Gehweg.

Die Hygiene im Badezimmer war eine Katastrophe. Dem Housekeeping muss es auffallen, wenn Kalablagerungen in der Toilette klar erkennbar ist, muss das behoben werden. Es ekelt einem. Des Weiteren wurde mein Aufenthalt gemindert durch eine Tanzgruppe, die den Respekt gegenüber den anderen Hotelgästen völlig haben vermissen lassen. Lautes „Gegacker“auf dem Hotelgang des Stockwerks und permanentes Zimmerhopping, haben die meisten Gäste in der Nacht nicht zur Ruhe kommen lassen. 23:15, 01:30 und 5:14 waren Highlights, trotz der Ermahnung des Sicherheitspersonals hat man die Anweisung nicht ernst genommen, im Gegenteil, man wurde vielmehr von der Generstion „work and balance“noch beleidigt, man solle sich anstellen und wir leben im 21. Jahrhundert. Schließlich habe ich mein Aufenthalt kurzfristig abgebrochen.

Wir haben am Sonntag eingecheckt, vielleicht lag es daran dass die Flure nicht hundertprozentig sauber waren. Das Zimmer war sauber, das hinzugefügte Frühstück für den nächsten Morgen ausreichend und hat geschmeckt. Alles in allem für den Einstieg in eine Minikreuzfahrt nach Norwegen auch aufgrund der Lage gegenüber vom Norwegen-Kai genau richtig.
