"We spent five nights in this beautiful, spacious apartment in the quiet town of Naunhof, using it as a base to visit Leipzig, Wittenberg and Dresden. It has lots of space in bedrooms, hallway, living room and kitchen, with comfortable furniture in each place. The kitchen is well equipped. "The hotel was great but the parking was supposed to be free. We paid 7.50 euros for one night. Apparently free parking is to the side of the hotel but we were not told this on arrival and parked in the area marked as the hotel car park. On checking out we were advised we had to pay. Our booking included free parking so we were upset by this. We should have been advised on check in which bays were free and which were not. All parking is outside so not easy to work out. "

Have stayed in better

"Stayed here one night because of the lack of affordable accommodation in Leipzig. Hotel is across the road from the train station, making it convenient to get to Leipzig, which was our main priority. Hotel is surrounded by woodland and has parking available. Rooms are on the small side, but the biggest issue was that there is no air-conditioning (only a portable fan) or a fridge in the rooms and as they are on the top floor, they become stifling in the summer heat. You can't open the windows as there are mosquitos but no flyscreens. Staff were helpful with providing details on train times, etc."

"It’s very cozy apartment for us. We needed to call right before we checked in as the reception was closed at 16:00 but the communication was no issue and we could smoothly find the key. If you’d like to have a relaxing vacation, it’s very good place to stay."
