Host went above and beyond to meet our needs as we attended our daughter’s wedding here in Maui! Excellent location in Wailea, very clean and pool next door. Highly recommend especially for multi generational stay for families!

Perfect Winter Getaway

We had 6 adults in our party- the condo was comfortable for everyone. Walking distance to food and shopping. The pool right outside the door was a plus!

Amazing location, beautiful views!

We loved our weeklong stay at this condo! The amenities were exactly what we needed traveling with two young kids. The location to the pool and walkability to all the shops and restaurants was excellent!! Condo had everything we needed! Highly recommend!!

This is a gem. Great floor plan, lots of space, and a wrap around balcony that has a spectacular view. Plus we could walk everywhere. We loved it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean and had so many items that made our stay perfect. Beds were comfortable, washer/dryer were great, pools were clean, parking nearby, etc. Cute stores and restaurants within walking distance of condo. Would recommend this unit to others planning a trip to Wailea.

Daughter High School graduation trip

Daughter graduated in May, but needed to wait to December after her first semester at college and my week of vacation to take the trip. Family of 5. Real nice time. Condo was really, perfect. Location better than I anticipated. The unit had EVERYTHING! Enjoyed the pool, the beach, the grills. Really fun family trip.

3rd Trip to Maui- Best Stay

The unit is just as described. View to the ocean and sunset- something to see both morning and evening. AC and fans kept the unit at the perfect temp. Kitchen perfect as we cooked some nights and almost every morning. Location is excellent for walking and getting to shops and the beach. Wonderful choice of beaches each day- lots of super restaurants nearby and we did a Surf Lesson- which was our highlight! Towels and Beach gear in the unit was perfect. Mahalo and we hope to return again soon!

I always enjoy staying in this unit because of the location in the complex. It was extremely quiet with low occupancy rate in Maui because of the Lahaina fire, and no one below us until day we were leaving. In previous bookings there, noise from lower unit has been a factor. Unit is well equipped.

Spacious 3 bedroom/2 bath 2nd Floor Condo

Condo was on a golf course, near pool/jacuzzi. Very comfortable for 6 adults (3 couples). It was a 15 minute walk to the Shopping Center and a 20 minute walk to the beach path/close to Elua Beach. Condo had everything you needed for beach-chairs/towels and provided toilet paper and paper towels that lasted the full 10 days we rented which is more than most vacation rentals. Property manager was very responsive. Kitchen is well stocked. AC worked well. We had two cars with 1 assigned parking spot and close guest parking for the other, no issues with getting a guest spot in Oct. I would definitely recommend this Condo.

Beautiful condo in Wailea

The condo was exactly as pictured, and was so comfortable for our family of 4. The beds were all very comfortable, having A/C was such a treat, and the view from the deck were gorgeous. Every morning on that deck was so relaxing! The kitchen had all of thw supplies we needed - toaster, coffee maker, oven/stove/microwave, large fridge & freezer. The bathrooms were well stocked too: ample towels, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner & body wash. There were even beach towels for us to borrow. There were a bunch of beach chairs in a closet - that also came in handy. Very quiet and secluded - we loved being a mere 30 feet from the pool area, yet having the plumeria trees as a nice privacy screen. Parking is maybe 30 feet away, and the condo is up a short staircase - located on the 2nd floor. Washer & dryer are out on the deck - in a closet. They worked perfectly and had detergent for us to use.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife, are 2 kids aged 1 and 3 and my in-laws stayed at this unit for a week in April '24. The experience with the property management company was easy and they were quick to respond to questions and requests. We also liked that they could be reached via text. The ocean view from the patio is as nice as it looks in the photos and the unit was clean, comfortable and great for kids. We appreciated that the unit had a collapsible crib & high chair. Everything is as advertised and it was really nice to be so close to the pool. We were advised on our last day by an owner that the pool closest to the unit is 'adults only' but it was a friendly reminder and no one seemed to mind our son in the pool otherwise. The location is great and only a few min walk to Wailea shops and all the nice beaches in the area are walking distance or a short car ride. We would not hesitate to book this unit again in the future and would highly recommend to families and families with young kids.

Nice Place

The unit is a nice 3BR condo unit on a golf course. The pool is just outside the door to the unit. Very close, which was nice. We did not hear any pool noise from the unit. Actually, it is very quiet once inside. The balcony overlooks the golf course and you can see the ocean. The unit is not on the water. Takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to it. The unit has plenty of beach supplies if needed. Our kids took advantage of those. The listing says there is bidets, there is not. We did find clothes steamers in the unit which were nice to have as we were there for a wedding. The air conditioning units do a great job of cooling down the unit quickly. The only minor problem we had was parking. There is one spot for the unit and guest can park in one spot only. We had our adult children(2) with us and their spouses. So we had three cars to park. The management office of the complex did not like that. Romvari Rentals was very helpful in getting that straightened out for us. Thank you. Overall, a great experience and nice place to stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

Absolute stunner in paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am sad that I have to write this review because it means that our stay has ended. The pictures don't do this rental justice. It is huge!! We stayed with our kids and my mom, and there was enough space for everyone and it didn't feel cramped. The Lanai overlooking the pool with ocean views was one of the most utilized spots in the condo. The condo is very tastefully decorated with a modern island vibe. The furnishings were comfortable and in good repair, the towels were fluffy and the linens on the beds were the right weight for the temperature which is always appreciated. The rental was clean and well cared for. We utilized one of the two pools on the property and it was warm and inviting. The BBQ area was clean, well taken care of and not busy. The rental was well equipped with everything you would need for your stay including beach umbrellas, chairs and even a couple of coolers. The only recommendation I would make would be to have some plastic dishes (cups/plates/platters) as we did want to enjoy dinners by the pool but no glassware is allowed within the pool area for obvious reasons. The rental management company was great to deal with and very responsive to messages. We were looking for BBQ tools and when we couldn't locate any, they promptly dropped some off. There was roof work occurring while we were there and the management company was proactive in ensuring that we knew about the work happening prior to us arriving and gave us the option to cancel. They even ensured that we were informed well ahead of time of our new parking spot when construction started on our building. We enjoyed the rental's location immensely. It was close enough to walk to some of Maui's most beautiful beaches as well as some shops and restaurants. The kids enjoyed Lappert's for ice cream after a sunny day at the beach many times during our stay. We found this rental to be 10/10 and will absolutely book it again in the future when we return to Maui.
