Polo Beach Club #106 is new to the rental market and has been refreshed with new furnishings, flooring, and fresh paint to be ready for your visit. Be the first to stay in this highly sought-after ground-floor condo as close as you can get to the beach without having your feet in the sand.

As you enter the condo, you'll be greeted by a spacious and open living area that boasts natural light and the best soothing ocean views. The fully equipped kitchen comes with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar that is perfect for casual dining and entertaining.

The condo features two cozy bedrooms, each with comfortable bedding and ample storage space. The primary bedroom has a King bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a huge vanity space to make getting beach ready a breeze. Step directly out onto the lanai via separate entrance from this bedroom.

The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds and easy access to the second full bathroom, conveniently located in the hallway between the bedroom and living areas.

Step outside onto the private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while taking in the stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. The balcony also comes with a table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Other amenities include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, sleeper sofa in the living room, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Located just feet from the beach, this oceanfront condo is the perfect escape for those looking to unwind and soak up the sun. While not ADA certified, the condo is ground floor, and the owner utilizes an electric wheelchair via a pathway and lanai entrance during his stay. There are only stairs to the front door entry and guest bedroom and guest bathroom. The primary bedroom, bathroom, lanai, and living areas are all on one level.

The Polo Beach Club is situated on popular Polo Beach, famous for snorkeling and gorgeous sunset views. It is also located in the resort community of Wailea, offering world-class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and at The Shops at Wailea. The property has an oceanfront swimming pool and a hot tub, perfect for soaking up the sun or relaxing after a long day at the beach. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy.

When you arrive on property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5 pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5 pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59 pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on the property after 11:59 pm.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Important Notice: Tile Installation Project at Polo Beach Association
From August 19th to Mid-November, there will be a tile installation project for floors 2 & 3. Expect loud and excessive noise during your stay.
LOUD NOISE: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
EXCESSIVE LOUD NOISE: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
The first week of demolition noise will be particularly excessive. The project will continue Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, until completion. As with all construction delays/extensions may be needed.

Great Location
The unit was as advertised. Being right out front on the shaded side is very nice as well. The process was very easy and the unit was well stocked. The only thing negative for me personally was the master bed had a very firm mattress which didn’t work for me unfortunately but luckily the twin bed in the other room did well enough. Other than that, which is a big thing for some, it is a great until for the price.
