Aloha! When you rent this condo, you will be renting from me, Kevin. I own, manage and maintain this property. I own 3 but the pictures you see are of the unit you will be renting. The pictures are recent and accurate. What you see is what you get. I am the person who answers your questions and assists you if needed. I do not shuffle you around to different units; the one you are seeing is the one in which you stay. If you have a question on a Saturday, you will get a response from me and not have to wait until Monday. I make sure you have highest quality Maui experience. This studio condo is quiet, clean and a holiday retreat with a great view. Within walking distance of two excellent restaurants; Monsoon, a Southern Indian restaurant and Isana, for locally caught fresh fish.
The studio is on the 2nd floor located at Kihei Bay Surf overlooking the tennis court shaded by a native avocado.
The complex is a small boutique resort across the street from the beach and Kalepolepo State Park. Turtles come onshore to the park and its 500 year old Hawaiian Fish Pond to sleep at sunset.

The condo has vinyl and tile flooring, a fully stocked and furnish kitchen with stainless appliances. The lanai is perfect for morning coffee or an afternoon refreshment. The complex is well lit for safety. A keyless entry system on the door, with a rotating code, allows for secure contactless entrance whenever you arrive. No need to check in with anyone when you do.

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the larger condo complexes and book with me. Kihei Bay Surf has only 118 units and is in a private setting. You will enjoy the lovely Hawaiian gardens and view from your very own private lanai. A gas BBQ area, a pristine swimming pool and hot tub await you. The Humpback Whale National Marine Sanctuary is across the street, as well as 6 miles of beach. Also it is close to one of the largest stretches of sandy beach on Maui, perfect for sunbathing, strolls, swimming, jogging, and water sports such as kite boarding and surfing! Catch a whale watch cruise from Maalaea Harbor (during season), just a 10 minute drive form our property!

Make your friends jealous. Selfies on a Zip-line through a tropical plantation, snorkeling with turtles or at 10K feet above it all on top of Haleakala! Maui is our home. What guests have been saying about my property: "clean", "centrally located for Maui sightseeing", "close to shopping and restaurants", "quiet, safe and secure".

Recommendations: I would rent a car. It is a big Island and you'll need one to site see and shop. Picnics are the way to enjoy every day's excursion, so bring snacks and water.

I'd also book the night on the last day of your stay if you have a later flight. It is so much easier to leave from the condo rather than wonder where to sit all day until your flight leaves.

Beaches: Sugar Beach is one of the best on Maui, across the street and 6 miles of white sand awaiting your footprints.

I recommend purchasing Travel Insurance. It's a huge peace of mind for a low cost.
