Condo B11 is located on the upper level (no elevator) at Kihei Sands & is a PREMIER 2-bedroom townhouse-style unit. You'll have the best sleep of your life on our exceptionally comfy King bed, located in the large upstairs bedroom with ensuite bathroom. You'll find a TV here for your late-night viewing pleasure. The downstairs bedroom features a wonderful sleep-inducing Queen bed.

Whisper-quiet Mitsubishi split A/Cs in the living area & each bedroom will keep everyone COOL in their area. Ceiling fans throughout if you prefer fresh air & the sound of rolling waves to fall asleep & wake up to.

Our GORGEOUS & well-appointed NEW KITCHEN with microwave, stove, refrigerator & dishwasher make preparing meals at home a great option if you won't be dining out every night in Maui's fabulous restaurants. Stocked with dishwasher soap, dish soap, hand soap, a new sponge, can liners & paper towels to start your stay off right. You'll find ALL the spices, oils & other cooking essentials in the cupboards!

The PUB-HEIGHT dining table seats 4. The private balcony is perfect for two to watch our MAGNIFICENT sunsets while sharing pupus (Hawaiian appetizers.)

Both BATHROOMS are stunning & feature walk-in showers, gorgeous tile, glass walls & grab bars. HAIR DRYERS are provided, as well as three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of hand soap to get you started, which you'll replenish as needed. Bring your own hair & bath products, or purchase locally.

BEACH TOWELS, (4) BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLA & COOLER are provided for you in a closet. Take them with you when you go exploring Maui's world-class beaches!

COME FOR WHALE SEASON - mid-December to mid-April. This is a MUST DO when visiting Maui in the winter months!

There are many ways to soak in the warm Hawaiian SUNSHINE. Swim or SUP in the serene morning waters of our incredible bay & boogie board in the afternoons. Great location. We were 2 couples travelling together and found this place terrific. Quieter beach and short commute to shops and restaurants of Kehei, Lahaina, Wailea and the airport. We would come back to this location and the Kehei Sands. Loved it.

Loved this place!
We have visited Maui many times & this was a great condo right on the beach. We had a great view of the water and the sunsets. The location is perfect. Easy to get to any part of the island. The other guests were friendly & inviting. Enjoyed coffee each morning out on the patio! Just steps from Sugar Beach. Loved it and would rent this again!

Wonderful stay!
Enjoyed our stay at Kihei Sands. Unit is updated and was very comfortable. Small complex so easy to make friends with other travelers. Literally a one minute walk to the beach. Onsite management was very responsive and helpful. Loved enjoying coffee on the lanai every morning with fellow travelers. There are extra ‘beach’ supplies available both in the unit and also a stash on the lanai. Locals were grateful that we were there and supporting the local economy.

B11 is clean, comfortable, well furnished and very nicely updated. The separate enclosed bedrooms were ideal for us. The beach is beautiful, clean, and ideal for long walks and little kid sand castles, sparkling pool a nice alternative to the surf. Hope to return here again.

Perfect Location!
This was a great unit for us (family of 4 with the kids being little). The location is exactly what we wanted with easy beach access. The unit was clean and well kept. The only complaint would be the inconsistent office hours and lack (or only small amount) of basic household items in the unit. That being said the manager, Patrick, was extremely helpful and quick to respond.

The furnishings were modern, new and clean. We had plenty of supplies for our six days and did not need to purchase any additional toilet paper, paper towel, etc. The condo was in a very central location on the island which was convenient. We really appreciated the welcome basket. The only disappointment was the pool was much smaller than it appeared in photos.

A Time to Catch My Breath

This trip was the first time I had ever taken a vacation by myself, and I felt incredibly safe and welcomed by the other guests and condo owners. The ability to mingle if I felt like it (fantastic conversations) or sit in quiet and enjoy the sun, sound of the ocean waves and the beauty of Maui was wonderful. The facility is well cared for and my condo was welcoming, beautifully outfitted and peaceful. I would most definitely return and stay in unit B11. The master bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was present onsite, helpful and courteous. The location was also great for getting to various areas around the island with it being centrally located. The walk down the beach to Sugar Beach Bakery is also an enjoyable way to start the day. I would also recommend dining at Nalu's in Kihei! Fantastic food and excellent service! Thank you to the owners of B11 for a wonderful and safe place to stay!!

Quick Maui trip
We stayed for a few nights while adventuring around Maui and then headed to Lanai. It was a great spot and we will definitely be coming back! All the amenities, close grocery, small community with the “regulars,” and right on the beach. It was perfect!
