"This was our first visit to the West Highlands and we were not disappointed. A beautifully maintained resort within a spectacular setting. We had planned to visit the islands during the week but found so much to do locally we decided to save the islands for a future visit. We particularly enjoyed the local walks from the resort which we purchased from reception for £1 on arrival. "We very much enjoyed our stay in Lonan House. The house is built by a well known Scottish architect, Robert Lorimer. The current owners have done a great job in restoring and modernize the house. Its a really pleasant place to be. The surrounding gardens are lush and quiet. Dogs are welcome."

I visited the pool two mornings and really enjoyed the facilities. It is a great base for exploring the West of Scotland with some beautiful scenery .
