"Stay was great BUT we chose this hotel because it advertised electric car charging capability. It had multiple chargers directly facing reception but of the three chargers installed two were occupied all evening and overnight by non electric vehicles. I notified reception and the response was that customers ignore the signs. Surely this is something they should police. "

"As usual, our annual stay at The Plaza was exceptional. From the warm greeting at the front desk, to the beautiful mulled wine! Our room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived, so we enjoyed a drink in Cafe du Parc and the front desk called us shortly after to stay our bags were in the room so we didn’t have to worry. The pool area was peaceful and the breakfast was delicious. Only improvement that could be made was the wifi was non existent in our room, we must have been too far away. Thank you and...

"This property was perfect! We were a group of 5, so we utilized the apart hotel. It was spacious and clean, allowed us to have communal space and private sleeping. Dining at the restaurant was fantastic. Jason was our server and he was amazing. Food was great, only a short 10 min walk to the Muckross Abbey and a breath taking lake. Hotel views bolstered mountains in the morning. Wonderful staff, we did not have time to utilize the spa but it looked beautiful. "
