My room was dirty! Once we got there, I had to use my own cleanings supplies, to clean up. There was soleoems hair all over the bathroom, old food everywhere. Sink leaks, amd microwave was burned inside.

I used Expedia to book a room for one of our drivers whose truck was broken down. I made the mistake of using my work email, which I can't ignore, to book the room. Now, I'm bombarded and woken in the middle of the night for "reminders" to fill out this survey. So here it is. Here's your stupid survey. I'm sure the room was nice. But Expedia will pester you to no end with promotions and survey emails after each and every trip.

So when we got back to the motel last night and parked in the handicap parking spot with our handicap placard we were told we could not park there because that was the owner’s spot and we would be towed!!! He stood there arguing with us for 10-15 minutes even though we kept showing him our placard and by law we were allowed to park there. In which he kept saying we would be towed. When we said that we wanted a refund then he said they do not do that but we could email. He also threatened to quit for some reason, which we told him we did not care if he did. He then spoke with a female employee who informed him if we had a handicap placard we could indeed park there. This was ridiculous and had we woken up to our car having been towed we would then be contacting a lawyer and corporate. We will still be contacting corporate
