We had a great time there! Unfortunately restaurant and bar were under renovation, but that means they’ll be ready when we go back! Staff were very helpful and friendly.

The Grey Bonnet exceeded our expectations. From the intimate feel of the lobby and shared spaces, to the impressive decor, to the attention to detail, and finally the delicious breakfast, we were overwhelmed! We travelled for a ski weekend with our family including young adults and teenagers, and this Inn was a perfect fit! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is kind, going out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed. The Inn is convenient to the mountain and easily managed all of our ski gear. This was a perfect escape and created a great atmosphere for family time. We can’t wait to return!

Clean inn with clean bedrooms. Nice pool (although not heated enough) and dry sauna. Front desk assistant managers are so welcoming and helpful. We wish they offer cleaning during our stay but we didn’t ask if they offered. Also, this if the first time when we didn’t struggle with the lack of towels - they were plenty!

Liked: Cleanliness
Good for what it is. Very close to Killington (12 min drive), inexpensive, safe, easy to park. The floors in our room were dirty (lots of ice melt, dirt, etc.) and there were a 1-2 things laying around that didn't belong to us. Staff was exceptional and very friendly. Overall, 3/10

All staff are great!...organized, friendly and professional. Our room, bathroom and linens were clean. On a Friday evening, we ate at The Tavern. Our salads and chicken chili were fresh and delicious...food and drinks were reasonably priced. The weekend buffet offers a wide variety of hot items and is constantly refreshed by staff. The facility has the feel of a lodge and there are several spacious common areas which offer a place for guests to relax outside of their hotel rooms. This includes a casual dining room, comfy room with several sofas, a television, fireplace and piano and a game room in the basement. While we did not use the pool, sauna or fitness center, we did check it out while it was open and the guests who had just finished up and were leaving said it was excellent. I would definitely book at this location again.

This hotel is trying hard with what it has, but it falls well short of my expectations for quality, service, and value. Even considering Killington, the $300-600 per night charge is outrageous for what would be a sub $100 hotel any other occasion. It was loud; so loud, they give away earplugs in the reception. There is no service of any kind. When I asked about accommodations for the weather and canceling a room, they didn’t bother to enquire how my stay was and made no effort to retain me as a customer or help in any way. If you just need a room and don’t want more, the beds are comfortable, the shower works, and the rooms are small but functional. The fitness area was good. Breakfast was very poor but extensive. Otherwise, this is a poor choice of hotel for any other needs.

This was a nice place to stay. The facility was dated, but very warm and homey. Prefer to have some leeway and help with checking in. I didn’t like that we had to sit in the parking waiting until EXACTLY 3:00 to check in since no one was on the front desk. Very comfortable room with wonderfully comfortable bed.

Close to both Killington and Pico. Owner is friendly but was a little overwhelmed by the volume at check in. Once we were in our rooms everything was great. Would definitely stay again.

Nice simple and quite.
Just reopened not to long ago and they are doing remodeling. It does have a lodge style feel and is only 5 minutes from k-1 base lodge. I would recommend if your there for the riding.

For the price, this place is great. This is a recently renovated motel-ish place. Rooms are small but we were there to ski and didnt spend much time in the room. Plus there is the large breakfast area, a lounge and the bar that you can hang out in On Saturday and Sunday, they have a free, hot breakfast buffet which was much better than the ones at chain hotels. There is a game room with pool, ping pong, fooseball, a few old arcade games, Led zeppelin pinball, and skeeball. All games are free, which is a nice change from the often ripoff-y game rooms at some places. There is a heated indoor pool and a sauna. Both nice. No hot tub. Hope they get one. There is also a small gym. They have a bar and small restaurant with typical bar fare. My only complaint is that the walls in the rooms are paper thin. If youre neighbor is watching TV, youre gonna hear it. Bring ear plugs or noise canceling headphones to sleep in. A sound machine is helpful to dull the noise of neighbors or from the hallyway. Also the tap water is a light yellow. Theyre on well water that is high is minerals. Its been tested and is fine to drink. But since it sketches people out, they also have bottled water in the lobby for free.
