Short, but so sweet!
The property was beautiful. It's well kept, clean, comfy and cozy. The kitchen is stocked nicely. Loved the fireplace! Loved the amenities room, too! We relaxed and recharged in the Hot Tub, Sauna and Pool. It was therapeutic. The only problem we had was not spending more time there. Susan was a very gracious host. She was very attentive and accommodating. Chances and going back and recommending this property, 100%.

We had the best stay! Everything was super clean and cozy and the property owner was super responsive and friendly. Only complaint was the weekend came and went too quick! Definitely hope to come back in the near future

Better than a hotel - clean and as advertised.
The property was exactly as advertised, with everything you needed upon check-in. The provided coffee was great, but also had everything you needed (including a hair dryer) in the unit. There was a nice walk-in closet in the bedroom and the sleeper sofa was more comfortable than you would expect.

Great location: two trails to ski-in (Trail Creek and Edgemont), shuttle to ski lifts. The host replied to all questions quickly and provided a nice checklist. The condo is cozy, has all the basics and more (incl. little things like USB chargers, automatic nightlights, humidifier, games). We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again!

Amazing stay
The condo was clean and cozy. Had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great too, just a short walk to the slopes and you can ski back at the end of the day! Also, communication with the owners was effortless, they were very attentive. Would book again!

Beds literally falling apart
I'll start with the good: - Location - walkable to Snowshed lodge, lifts and Killington Grand, nice complex with pool and hot tub, unit overlooks woods/creek for a tranquil view - Updated unit with basics provided (linens, kitchenware, paper goods, detergent and soap) The bad: - Master bed is a foam mattress (no box spring for support, no matress cover for cleanliness) on a slat bed frame. The slats are not connected to the frame and do not stay in place, held together by literally by duct tape. Owner seemed surprised by the condition, but her "repair guy" that came out did absolutely nothing. We had to lift the mattress to realign the slats several times, but they would not stay in place. - Sofa bed frame bent so the bed is on an angle. - There was clearly a pet in the unit before us. The blankets weren't washed and still had a LOT of pet hair on them (a new blanket was delivered, but no fresh sheets as requested). The washing machine had clumps of pet hair in it (I wiped it down and ran a clean cycle, but there was fur). The sofa had pet hair on it. My family has allergies, so we had to take medication to be able to stay in the unit. Owner did offer to send cleaning crew to clean again, but I just did it myself. - Laundry is a 2-in1 washer/dryer that cannot handle bulky items (muddy ski pants!), takes 3+ hours to run, and does not fully dry items. Not ideal for families. Owner communication was prompt, but she did not resolve any issues (bed not fixed, the 1-night refund she offered to compensate was never issued). Overall, a very disappointing stay for a lot of money.

Great stay!
We had a great experience all around. Trail Creek is in a great location. The condo was exactly as expected. It was very clean and perfect for the three of us. The clubhouse is a quick walk. There are two hot tubs, a small pool, sauna, locker rooms with showers, and a pool table. You don’t need to bring towels they are available for you to use at the clubhouse. If you are skiing and traveling with young children, I’d recommend dropping them off at snowshed/ramshed. The walk to the lift is easy for adults, harder for the littles (6 and under). There’s also conveniently a bus that stops at the Trail creek entrance and will bring you right to the base. We had an amazing week. We would definitely come back here! We loved it.

Excellent!
We were a group of 3 friends skiing killington this weekend. Communication with Susan was easy; information was accurate; condo was clean and lovely. We grabbed firewood from a huge stack in an outdoor communal shed and had some fires. Massage chair was a nice touch. Activity center is a 30 second walk from the front door and has a great indoor hot tub (as well as pool, sauna, arcade which we didn’t use). 10 minute walk from the front door to Snowshed/Rams Head lift making it a perfect location. Lots of local eateries and a food market within minutes down the road. Would definitely return!

Easy, comfy and fun
I had a great stay with two kids (ages 9 and 12). Condo is snug and clean. We took the shuttle to the nearest lift each morning (it’s easy — get geared up and walk across small parking lot to the bus stop on the road— shuttle arrived within minutes and dropped us at Snowshed lodge where you can pick up tix and get on the lift). And then we skied home each afternoon off the little trail off snowshed, which the kids found thrilling. Easy communications, zero problems, five stars. Thanks for having us!!

This property was great for a ski weekend at Killington. Quick walk to the lift to get started and you can ski directly back to the condo any time! Sue was very responsive with my inquiries and the condo had everything we needed.

A very pleasant stay
Property is as advertised, in very good condition. All communications were prompt and helpful. Rental agreement was not sent until check-in day, which delayed our departure. This should be done much earlier, to prevent delays, and to allow review of terms while full refund is still possible.

Absolutely awesome!
I only have nice things to say about our stay. First, Sue was so responsive and wonderful. She was very easy to communicate with and answered all messages very quickly. Secondly, the place was just as described and so very clean. It had everything that we needed from tissues to laundry detergent to kitchen spices. And lastly, the location can't be beat. We put our ski boots on in the condo and walked about 2 mins to the street and picked up the free shuttle to the mountain. The shuttle also takes you back to the condo or you may ski the trail creek trail literally back to the complex if it is open. In fact, I may or may not have heard of some people going under the rope to ski the natural snow even if the trail is not open.

Perfect location and size for our family
My family of 4, 2 adults and 2 children (4 and 6) had a wonderful stay at Sue’s condo. The location could not have been better. My husband was able to ski while my young children and I took a lunch break in the condo. We cooked dinner there every night and Sue had all the supplies we needed. We explored local towns near by as well. We had such a great trip! We hope to return next season. PS the master bed was VERY comfortable!!

We had a fantastic weekend at Trail Creek. The condo is just as it appears in the photos, and is accurately described. We found it to be very clean and well-appointed with everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We appreciated the convenient location for skiing, with a 10 minute walk to the lift, and an easy ski back. Trail Creek is also close to many restaurants. The condo association keeps plenty of firewood stacked and ready, and has carts available near the parking lot to ferry your things to the unit. Susan was very helpful and easy to work with. We would love to stay here again.
