The Suites at Killington is a two room condo that features a main studio with full kitchen and bath as well as private master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, large closet and laundry area with washer/dryer.

• Hit the slopes for less! Book with us and grab awesome discounts on Killington Resort lift tickets and ski rentals. More skiing, more savings!
• We may have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

Overall good place to stay
They give you the option of having one king bed in the room or two twins. I requested two twins late night the night before my stay and they accommodated. Place was clean and they supplied coffee for us, which was nice.

Hidden gem!!!
Incredibly peaceful atmosphere and this unit immediately felt like a home away from home. Everything was as described. Extremely responsive and accomadating hosts. Fully stocked with supplies, including coffee k-cups which we enjoyed on the patio. The pool area was fantastic and very well maintained. We look forward to renting this unit again in the future.

The Condo looked just like the pics on-line and also as described. We would definitely come back! The queen bed was a nice surprise! Great reclinable memory foam with a remote. We also appreciated the Roomba and Alexa units. All the storage in the unit was great for all the bulky ski gear we took. The owner quickly answered all our questions as well. Thank you for a great & welcoming stay!

The property is great. Clean, and quiet. Because we have stayed before we knew what to expect. This is very convenient to Killington as well as the surrounding area. It is well laid out, kitchen is nicely equipped. We come here usually in the off season and use the condo as a family gathering place. The kids are watching tv and the adults are right in the same common space. The door to the condo doesn’t walk in right off the street. There’s an entry way and then the door to the condo. Very nice.

Great location for easy drive to ski slopes. Apartment is very basically equipped but fine for a few nights. Nicely furnished and great open plan layout. It was a little cool and the fan heaters came on all throughout the night, but if you can sleep through it's a good spot.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable and cozy. It is in a great location just 5 minutes away from Killington Resort. There were 4 of us who stayed for a snowboarding trip...The beds were comfy & the entire condo/appliances were all updated! Parking was right outside the condo door & very convenient. Highly recommend staying here

Dave's apartment was exactly as advertised. Great amenities in a well renovated unit. Pool was quite nice and general location relative to Killington Mountain and surrounding activities worked out well for our family. Overall restful stay. Would recommend to family and friends.

PERFECT CONDO !!!
We had a wonderful stay !!! This condo is updated, IMMACULATE and well stocked, even down to the Keurig coffee maker and coffee/hot chocolate !!! We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. It was great having the 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer … our kids stayed in the main room and my husband and I were in the second room. The Wi-Fi was excellent and having Netflix etc. and several party games available was great to unwind at the end of the day. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels linens/blankets .. there was also dishwasher/laundry detergent etc. available. Dave is very organized and quickly responded to any questions. The condo manual was very user friendly and Dave even provided information on things to do in the area. The condo is situated 5 minutes from Killington resort, which was perfect. We are a busy family and these times together are precious as our children get older … thank you Dave for this Killington gem !! We would come back in a heartbeat or rent any other property that Dave has !!!
