"My wife, myself amd our 7 month old (along with our dog) went up for a list minute 2 night stay and we could not have wished for a better stay. Room was lovely and big along with a freat view across the bay. The staff were amazing with us and our wee boy. Food was excellent. It was our 1st visit but it will not be our last"

"Had a most enjoyable stay at The Old Cottage with wonderful hosts Karen and Darren. Really comfy double bed & great shower. Had the benefit of a gorgeous roaring fire in spacious lounge area at night with lots of DVDs and a library of books about stuff to explore in the local area. Darren and Karen were such lovely people, warm , friendly and gave helpful tips about the locality. Breakfast was fabulous, tasty and varied. Would highly recommend this B&B and will definitely be back. Many thanks...

"Had an overall great stay! Very clean and nice staff. The only thing that’s negative worth mentioning was that it took a very long time to get hot water in the shower and the tub. And after the hot water was running in the tub there was no way to get the cold water running. Except for this, a comfy bed and nice breakfast made this a nice stop along the way. "

Normally I would never consider a B&B as I like the independence of a top class hotel but Stephanie and Adrian quickly made me feel totally at home. A pure delight of a place with superb breakfast and dinner. Also little things like suddenly jasmine tea suddenly being available when I had simply asked if they had any on the previous day. "Very nice, nice cottage. Water and plants everywhere, could use some gravel on the driveway. This was disclosed in the information, but going slowly was the ticket. Washer and dryer was great we stayed for a week and with a load we were ready for the next stay. Being 70 liked the fact of no stairs."
