"Absolutely loved it. Shame it was only an overnight stay. Room spacious and clean. Old victorian style home with a modern twist. Lovely decor, even asked where they'd got the wallpaper from as its exactly the style we're looking for. Trendy retro lighting in our room. Modern bathroom, and warm. Comfy beds. Breakfast was lovely, put in your request the night before. I had salmon and scrambled eggs, which was plentiful, and extra toast. All this and only a 5-10 min walk into the town....

"This was a very nice hotel for a short stay. It is just a few minutes from the station, and the centre of Perth is no more than a 10 minute walk. The shower room was new and worked well - good water pressure - and the room although a bit small, was entirely adequate for our needs. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. We would stay again when next in Perth."

"Lovely place, very central. Adapted room, very hot. Also, smelt of stale urine, although the room was very clean. Parked in 1 of only 2 disabled bays and in the morning had to ask reception to get a car moved (not disabled) from the bay next to ours as we couldn't get into our car. Bit disappointing. "
