"Sadly we were unable to enjoy the break as much as we would have liked. Absolutely nothing to do with the resort. Quite the opposite! I unfortunately took unwell. Peter, the First Aider could not have been more attentive and dialled 999. He stayed with me until the Paramedics arrived. I was Blue lighted back down to Dunoon and kept in overnight. "Unique hotel experience!! Who would have thought to bring a brilliant take on Americana culture to The Isle of Bute!! Very imaginatively curated, beyond quirky. Clean and comfortable room. Unfortunately they seemed very short staffed during our stay. They could perhaps do with importing a bit of the American service ethos to improve the customer experience. Have a nice day y’all!"
