The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave..
The unit is a perfect place to relax and offers a flat screen television with Freeview. This unit has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains a twin bedroom


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink.


Linen,towels and toiletries are all included to make your stay Enjoyable.

Cot and highchair hire is available. Charges on request.

Enjoy a swim in the pool, subject to availability ,followed by a drink or perhaps a meal in the bar , family restaurant . Passes for the pool ,kids club and club are required at all times are available at a small extra charge from reception . Alternatively, why not enjoy the many local pubs and restaurants?. The Oasis pool is on Hunstanton sea front....

 House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. Early check-in and late check-out times are available at extra cost. Charges on request.

 Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property but a maximum of 2 dogs please,due to site rules. Please inform us in advance should you wish to bring your pet.

Due to local bylaws all commercial vehicles and Hen and Stag parties are not allowed onsite due to site rules.
A damage deposit of £75 per unit is required which can be made by bank transfer up to 7 days in advance of your stay or by cash on arrival.  Refunds will be made in the same format as payment.
