Just what we were looking for
They have lots of toys available to play in the lake. The sand beach made it easy for little kids and dogs to get in and out. Easy access to town for food and boat rentals. Giant pecan trees provide shade over the whole backyard.

Great Trip and perfect for toddlers!
We enjoyed our stay so much and would recommend for a family with small children. The dock and lake/beach area was great for our 2 year old to play and enjoy the water. Porch was set up perfectly with gates to allow him to be outside, but not have access to the water when we didn’t want him to. Would come back and stay again!

Our stay at this vacation rental was nothing short of perfection! The location couldn't have been better; nestled in a serene spot with direct lake access, it truly felt like a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in our own little paradise. One of the highlights was the fantastic swing off the dock, which provided endless hours of fun and laughter for everyone. The availability of inner tubes and floating chairs added an extra layer of enjoyment to our lake experience. Inside, the house was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to prepare delicious meals throughout our stay. It was evident that the hosts had thought of everything, from plenty of towels to essential toiletries like soaps and even a hairdryer. Additionally, the game room with the ping pong table was a hit with both kids and adults alike, providing entertainment for all ages. Overall, our time here was simply idyllic, and we are already dreaming of the day we can return. A huge thank you to the hosts for providing such a wonderful retreat - we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

PERFECT PLACE FOR A RELAXING VACATION!!!
We have rented a lot of vacation homes and we would say this is the best one we have rented. First of all the owners are wonderful and very responsive. The home and property are beautiful! The dock and little beach are perfect for relaxing with your family. Everything was easy and relaxing. We will be renting this wonderful place again!

Family friendly fun
This is my first time staying in Kingsland. I was impressed with the town and lake. The house was close to Heb and other stops. My sister and law and I went with a small dog and 3 kids (15,12,9). We never left the property there was so much to do. The house was the perfect size, the neighborhood quiet and neighbors were friendly. The kids enjoyed the paddle boards, dock swing, tubes and playing ping pong. Owner was responsive and available. We had a few frivolous texts and he answered them. We brought charcoal but ended up using the gas grill. It was our first time which ended up being necessary with the wind. It cooked fast and the food tasted great, by the way. Every summer we take the kids to Port A and they voted to come back here instead. Thank you for sharing your home with home us.

Cozy lake house located on the best part of Lake LBJ!
We had an amazing time! Celebrated an anniversary with friends at this beautiful lake home! Comfy beds, great views of the lake, boat slip, sandy beach access to the lake and a boat ramp just a few house down. Staying in this side of lake has calm waters for boating and easy access to restaurants and gas on the water. Definitely will book again!

Quick getaway
My husband, myself and our two little dogs enjoyed a quick getaway to this cute home. It was perfect size for us. We loved the yard and the beachy/sandy access to the lake at the dock. We had a great time!

This place has it all!
This place had everything we were looking for in a lake house! Great location with easy access to the water, great amenities and extras to keep everyone entertained inside and especially outside, and great service. We rented a boat for a couple of hours one of the days and it was amazing! We also fished, played ping pong and I think my kids' favorite part was the rope swing off the dock. So much fun! We had a great time and this place provided the perfect lake vacation for our family! We would love to make a return visit. Thanks for sharing your awesome house!

Amazing family vacation
This was a great rental property. Everything was as expected. The house was in a perfect location from town. The house also had many things for my family(4, 7 and 15) to entertain themselves with. We will definitely be visiting again.

Our kids loved the beach entrance to the lake and spent a lot of time just playing down there. The inflatable dock that was provided was a huge hit too. We also loved the shade the trees provided in the backyard.

This house was so perfect fir our family of 5. It actually had more sleeping options than we thought. There is a trundle and a fold out couch. The amenities to this house blew us away. Kayaks, paddle boards, fishing poles, ping pong table, fire pit, boat slip and more. The owners thought of EVERYTHING to accommodate our stay. We will 100% be back.

This was a great place to relax on the water! Can’t wait to stay here again. The only thing that I would suggest is bringing a wine opener if you may drink wine while there. Other than that the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a meal.

A little blue oasis
We came here during part of Thanksgiving break for a change of scenery - this house is so well loved and cared for. It had everything and I mean EVERYTHING we needed: plenty of cooking supplies, pantry items, extra blankets, games (kids and adults), cleaning supplies, wood for the bon fire pit, lots of comfortable deck chairs (and my favorite, the swing!), fishing poles, kayak and paddle boats. We did not have to leave to pick up supplies apart from our HEB curbside pickup. The view from the deck is stellar, the neighborhood is quaint and quiet, and you are 5 mins from HEB if you need anything.

Perfect Lakehouse!
We had such a blast at this precious property! The fishing was fantastic, the water was perfect and the kids loved the lily pad! There were a lot of little touches that made this place extra nice! The hot tub , ping pong table and beach area really entertained everyone! This place is absolutely perfect for a family and the value is outstanding! Great communication and very nice owners! Great time!!
We used everything available, kayak, paddle boards, fished and rented the boat for hrs. plus BBQ. It's the one place we've stayed at that had everything we needed. Did not have to go to the store to buy anything. Would for sure rent again! The 2 younger boat captains were awesome and cute ;)!
