The sandy islands are a short boat ride from Buncombe Creek Marina or you may want to enjoy the private stocked pond just steps from the covered porch.


This space has a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Some coffee pods, sugar and creamer are available.


Outside amenities also include a charcoal grill (charcoal not included), picnic tables and a fire pit.

Keep in mind folks, we are out in the natural landscape of nature. There are all kinds of critters that roam our property day and night. If you have allergies to wasps, bees, hornets, etc., please come prepared. There are ducks, geese, racoons, deer, and yes, and occasional snakes.
