"We stayed 2 nights for a wedding, location was perfect. Staff was super friendly. We love to stay in historical hotels and this one was one of our favorites as far as condition and smell. When we came back the second night the hallway was maxed out in Halloween decor, mostly spiders and webs, it was a delightful surprise!!!"

"The reception desk people were friendly and welcoming, also helpful and accommodating. Our main complaint is that the bed was too soft and sunk down in the middle. Still, we slept fine and enjoyed our stay. Next time I'd want to check out the bed to make sure it's firm. There was also a vent in the bathroom ceiling that needed to be fixed as it was hanging loose at one end. "Being about to spend an entire day by a pool and swimming in early September in MN was amazing! The heated pool helped to make swimming in 65-70 degree weather feel very comfortable. Lots of space on the pool deck/patio for our group of 5 adults. Note that the kitchen has limited spices, no olive oil, butter, or Pam spray for cooking, so bring your own! "

"Wonderful place to stay. Very spacious and cozy. The views of the lake are amazing no matter what room you are in. Quiet neighborhood and yard felt private. Able to sit outside and enjoy the yard and lake without interruptions. Tracy does a fantastic job of supplies for all your needs. All you have to do is show up. Kid friendly with the yard and lake just steps away. Can't wait to stay again."
