Gerardine and Kevin are great hosts! Their apartment is clean and comfortable and equipped with everything you need. It’s a short walk to everything in Kinsale. The apartment comes with an assigned secure parking spot!I’ve rented this place multiple times. Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect location for Kinsale Parking. Safe & very homely Just a perfect location to enjoy Ireland All food & night life was spot on Local to cork blarney castle. The titanic experience Cobh . Local pubs. The huntsman was a wonderful experience. Kitty o sheas was the best for Irish music & the staff were the best Hope you enjoy your kinsale experience as much as we all did.

Great location, spacious, clean with all mod-cons

The apartment was in a great location, right on the waterfront a few minutes walk to the centre of village and great restaurants. It is spacious with all the necessities. We only used 2 of the 3 bedrooms as there were only 4 of us, but all beds were made up to be slept in with very comfortable bed linen.

Incredible property!

Geraldine and Kevin ‘s home was even better than pictured. The hosts were absolutely amazing throughout the process. I couldn’t recommend a better place to say in Kinsale!

Location! Location! Location!

Very comfortable apartment for 4 adults. Prime location to everything in Kinsale and very close to the harbor. Having a parking spot is a great perk! Amazing restaurants so we didn’t cook! Hosts are very accommodating and communication was easy. A great stay!

Perfect spot in Kinsale

This is a very comfortable, spacious, well equipped home overlooking the beautiful marina. The many windows make it bright and airy. Excellent beds and linens, very nice towels, everything you might need in the kitchen. Geraldine was so quick to respond to any questions and even accommodated our need to check in early. We have only very positive things to say about this property.

Kinsale Gem

Close to everything in Kinsale and a private parking space make this apartment very desirable. It is spacious and clean. Kevin and Gerardine are easy to contact and responsive to requests. I have rented their place multiple times and will be back again.

Great property, Great location

Gerardine and Kevin are friendly and responsive. Their house is spacious and clean. The location is a short walk to shopping, restaurants, and pubs. Bonus- the property has it’s own covered parking spot. I have stayed here often and look forward to my next visit.

Location was perfect

This lovely, well kept home is adjacent to the harbour and within walking distance of all amenties. Shopping, restaurants and grocery stores all convenient. We enjoyed the Ghost walking tour, which was definitely a stand up comedy show while weaving in some great information and history of the local area. Would recommend to family and friends Heather

A Great Week

Gerardine is a charming and thoughtful host. Her communication was excellent and the folder of instructions and activities was thorough. She even left us a bouquet of flowers! The apartment is sparkling clean and is located a short walk from all that Kinsale has to offer. I will definitely rent Gerardine’s place again.

The perfect apartment with wonderful hosts

We travelled to Kinsale for the yearly Kinsale Shark Awards, on business. The apartment suited our needs perfectly, what with there being two bathrooms, and it being fully kitted out for an extended stay. We quickly fell into the pace of life in Kinsale. On top of the Gerardine was an amazing host. Fast to reply, and incredibly helpful with fantastic restaurant recommendations. We will be back, for sure!

Wonderful apartment in a wonderful place!

This property is clean, light and bright, with lovely decor and the comfiest sofas I've sat on! The kitchen has all equipment you might need and there's even basics in the cupboards like salt, teabags etc. Kinsale itself is just beautiful. It's like an artist's version of a little holiday village. There's an abundance of pubs and restaurants, quirky little gift shops, art galleries and more. Lovely walks and a clean sandy beach. We will certainly return to Kinsale and would rent the same apartment in a heartbeat!

Perfect spot!

I stayed here with my husband, toddler, mother in law and father in law for four days. This was the perfect spot in Kinsale. After staying in a tiny hotel in busy Dublin, this apartment felt like heaven on earth. The pictures of this property don’t do it justice! It is clean, updated, nicely decorated, quiet and spacious. The location is perfect for looking out at the marina and walking to the shops and restaurants in town. It’s easy to get in and out of, and the parking spot was an added bonus! Communication with the host was easy and they are very accommodating. We would happily stay here again if we were to return to Kinsale.
