Family trip 2024
We thought it was great, so clean, convenient to all our excursions, and fully stocked. It was obvious prior guests and the owners took care in all the food goods, seasonings, even pancake mix. Ofcourse we did the same and left many items. The housekeeping crew left us the sweetest notes, we did the same. We definitely appreciated all of those extras,wifi included. Definitely recommend.

I am so happy with this place. Very close to our family we were visiting. The place is very clean, people are easy to work with, and the only thing I have to complain about is the online info says "no wi-fi" but there totally is! What a pleasant surprise!

This property said no "wi-fi", but it did have it! That made it so much more enjoyable for our teens. The site contact was friendly and easy to talk to. The house was set up so nice (more kitchen items than in other places we've stayed). And above all, when traveling with a 2 year old, this place was so nice and had washer/dryer and ALL the soap ready for us to use. It has a soaker tub, with jets, worked beautifully. All furniture was very comfortable. The location isn't close to many stores - but out in this area nothing really is. It was 10 minutes to Dollar General, and that was just fine. We drove to the local Walmart for groceries (30 minutes). In this area of the country, that's totally acceptable. This will be our new place to stay when in this area again.

Check in not good
Check in 3pm or later. Never got check in info on how to get into rental. Didn't have any email or text from property mgr at 305pm when we arrived. Reached out to property mgr through VRBO App upon arrival. No response. Finally Googled property mgr to get a phone # and was then helped to get access into property. Property manager lacked the attention to details to generate an auto text or auto email for me to enter property and I had to track them down for this info. The lock box that contained the house key needs to be replaced with a better version that works a little easier. The property was perfect for our stay. Very clean and well appointed. I would give 5 stars if not for the bad check in.

Very quiet and peaceful
We loved the location of the house, not in town but not to far if you wanted to go somewhere. The house was lovely and we loved sitting on the back porch watching the rabbits and cardinals.

We had a great experience staying here. The house was spotless and really spacious. The check in process was a breeze. They have everything you need such as pots and pans, trash bags, laundry detergent, plates, glasses, silverware, and other stuff. We tubed the caddo River one day and kayaked the other. The location is good. I think it was around 20 minutes from the kayak place we used. The owner was super nice and very helpful. Would definitely rent this house again.

From the time we checked in we felt right at home! Extremely clean, fully functional and relaxing! This home is in a great location, close to the beautiful Lake Greeson, Albert Pike and Little Missouri Falls! It was a great weekend getaway!

Wonderful time
This property was very nice and clean. We would definitely stay again!! It is close to Daisy State Park where our family was camping. Worked out great! We thought we were going to have to cancel due to flooding. I contacted the property manager and he was quick to find out if the area was flooded! Thankfully it wasn't.

Very nice but....
The house was very nice and well appointed. Even a gift certificate to a local bbq joint. Con's-a lot further from EVERYTHING than we thought. Also located in a dry county. Closest place to buy adult drinks was about 30 miles away. Closest grocery store was about 20 miles. These were just some things that we would have liked to know.
