"Location of the house is within the grounds of the owners property so is private and not overlooked by neighbours. Quiet and peaceful. The cottage is quite old inside and is in need of updating and modernising. We heard mice in the bedroom but this is to be expected as the house is in woodland. Overall a pleasent stay."

We fully enjoyed our stay here as the house was comfortable and Sandra added many personal touches that were above and beyond expectation! I would highly recommend this place as it’s very close to the downtown area but also quiet."

"Karin and Wolfgang are amazing hosts! They welcomed me at the train station, made sure I was settled in at their lovely apartment and checked to ensure my stay was going well a few days in. The apartment is spacious, every room comfortable and clean, a home away from home. The location is perfect! "Last review was from 2020. Unfortunately time has not helped. In May 2024 we encountered serious mold smell as we entered the apartment building, extending to the apartment. We had a serious allergic reaction to the mold and could not stay in the apartment. We left without unpacking and booked another hotel elsewhere. Neither the Owner nor Expedia through which we booked would refund the rental cost even though the apartment was uninhabitable to us."

"we had a great stay at this apartment- there was parking, everything you need in the kitchen- clean well furnished. The hosts were amazing- they did everything they could to make our trip for a wedding as easy as it could be- even dealing with me- the stressed out mother of the bride! The host had recommended a restaurant for pre wedding dinner- simply 5 stars so good! We had our laundry done by the host and nothing could have been more appreciated!! thank you so much for everything!!!"
