"Great staff and good service. Lots of pools but the spa was lacking in ambiance and there were issues with spa area (super slippery floors, pool is far from the spa and saunas). Lots of pools all over the property but there were no hot tubs and we were hoping for warmer water in pools considering that this is a thermal resort. Overall nice environment"

"We were very happy with our stay here. Breakfast at the restaurant was incredible and the person in charge of the restaurant, Milosh, was a delight. Filtered water was available on every floor and in the lobby, the parking area was perfect, it was in a secure gated area, and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. "
