早い移動開始には最適。
ホテルは、駅から徒歩で５分程度と近く、目の前にコンビニ(７＆11)があり、グッド。千葉駅から、一番列車で木更津駅到着が06：30頃になるので、それ以前の早い時間に木更津近辺の移動を開始する際にとても便利。周辺にはお店も多く、夜は外食も出来る。
