The mini golf downstairs was a fun way to spend our time. The arcade was older games and i would not reccomend it. The bowling looked fun but we didnt have time to play.

I was very happy with the room and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I was very happy that the restaurant had vegan options for dinner. Tho i was a sad they didnt have anything i could eat for breakfast. I would definitely stay again

I was the furthest room away from the elevator: and there were families with groups of children playing in the hall (maybe a sports team), so it wasn’t quiet. There was also earwigs in the bathroom And climbing up the wall in the hall. Showed a picture to the front desk, and they offered to move my room but I declined it because I was already settled in and on my way out to dinner. There was a group of unhoused people in the underground parking when I arrived which made me uneasy to leave my car there but at night I did see two security guards In there so I felt a little better.

The conduct of other guests was deplorable. This property is no more than a rebadged Holiday Inn. The Crowne Plaza brand should deliver to a much higher standard.

Clean property with friendly staff. Loved the indoor pool and other kid friendly activities in the basement. Unfortunately did deal with a very loud neighbour. The staff, once made aware, did deal with it properly. One minus is that the parking garage is next to the hotel. You have to walk down an alley way to actually enter the hotel once parked. This is tough with a single parent, small child, freezing cold, and at night.

The staff and accommodations were perfect. The food was excellent and plentiful. We were 6 sisters staying within the hotel for two days and your staff (from reception, dining and cleaning treated us like royalty. We were three in a room and had to request extra cups, coffee supplies , towels etc. It’s a small complaint but a nuisance. That is the only thing needing change.
