"Good: The beach. The pool. The variety of dining options. The hotel though in several areas like the rooms, lifts etc could be cleaner / better maintained. The AC struggled to lower the room temp below 24C. The light in the cupboard where the safe is located would not switch off. Flushing the toilet resulted in it running for over 5 minutes. The grout on the shower enclosures could do with the occasional clean with bleach…. Not what I expected of a hotel with such high daily charges."

"The rooms are lovely in this little boutique hotel, it is located at the top of Gaul fort and easy to park and find. The staff are very good and helpful. They make good coffee. "So unique from any hotel I have stayed out. Colonial building with only 10 rooms, right next to Fort wall.
