Fabulous stay!
A classmate and I stayed here to attend our 50th class reunion weekend and the property was absolutely perfect for us. After all the shenanigans of enjoying our fellow classmates, it was a home away from home that was much appreciated. The home is quiet and peaceful, which is just what was needed. I hope to return!

Kittery Point Cottage
We loved our stay in the Kittery Point cottage. It was the perfect location to enjoy fall colors, visit with family, and run the Newmarket marathon. The cottage is lovely...well appointed, beautifully decorated, immaculate, and cozy. We hope to be back soon!

A Perfect Cottage Retreat
This is a lovely, comfortable, tastefully decorated cottage with views of a bubbling creek. It is quiet and contains everything necessary for rejuvenating vacation. The hosts are welcoming and responsive. We will return again!

Cottage is gorgeous and comfortable. There is traffic noise starting at 6-6:30 am but not too bad with ear plugs. Kitchen very well equipped. Beautiful setting and easy drive to Portsmouth

We had a wonderful time at Sarah's house. Beautiful furnishings and incredibly comfortable beds!! Loved walking to the little bridge to see the water flowing to and fro each day, on to Fort McClary for lovely vistas and unusual trails along the side. What a great spot!

Fantastic home away from home!
This property is clearly loved by its owners. Great Getaway
Lovely Cottage with Water View!! Hosts Sarah and Peter have made sure that you will have all that you need for your stay. The cottage is super clean, pantry is stocked, high end cookware, and just those little touches that say welcome! Communication with our hosts was great and all replies to any question very prompt. Charming cottage in Kittery
Incredibly well maintained, adorable cottage. Nicely updated to retain charm but with all the modern essentials for working remotely. Plenty of quality linens, towels and blankets. The fire pit was nice to have and the kitchen was well stocked as well. Close to a sweet local swimming spot. Would definitely return next time we need a place in the area. The loving care that went into updating this home is obvious.

Nothing could be better than this!
Such a fantastic property and hosts! The attention to detail in this beautiful cottage is to die for. The history of the property and the care taken to blend old with new makes this place ultra charming. A swimming hole across the street. Lovely Kittery Point kayaking. Delightful dining. Perfect in every way.
Absolutely as described. Everything we had hoped for and more! We purchased live lobsters one day and when we went to cook them found there was not a pot large enough to put them in. I called Sarah, and within less than a half hour her sister-in -law cheerfully wrapped on the door with not one, but three large pots of various sizes in tow. We loved the location , would happily return and highly recommend to any small family!

Wonderful refuge.
This cottage is a wonderful refuge. The location was perfect, steps from Barter's Creek with a sweet view. The design of the cottage was both tasteful and very comfortable - no rattan here. This included the two cozy bedrooms with great mattresses. Sarah and Pete clearly went to great lengths to thoughtfully design this place with guests in mind. The kitchen is beautifully equipped for cooking in and there is a dining area and a lovely deck. It is also near two great parks and another right across the creek. We had many gorgeous walks at Fort Foster and Fort McClary, both on the water. Kittery is nearby for restaurants and cafes and even nearer is Pepperell cove for waterfront dining. Watching the tides coming and going in Barter's Creek was a highlight of our trip. I've rarely found a place that so perfectly integrates the outdoors with the indoors. A gem!

Loved our stay! During our 3 night stay… we enjoyed our time exploring, eating, and shopping our way to Kittery, Portsmouth, and day trip to Portland. The cottage has a perfect blend of character and new decor. The view, the deck, gas fireplace, renovated kitchen, and renovated bathroom were the highlights of the space. Everything felt very clean including linens/towels. Slept very well as the bed was more comfy than my own at home! The gas fireplace was cozy and perfect for relaxing. I was able to do some remote working with the WIFI. We also saw 2 deer next to the driveway on our last night… it was a really cool moment we will not forget! Thank you owner Sarah for everything from the fresh cut flowers to welcome cookies! It was nice to know the owner was nearby if we needed anything. We loved our visit and hope to stay again!

CLEAN & COZY!!
Loved staying at this "cottage" even though it was more like a beautiful home. My husband and I were in the area visiting with family and absolutely loved the detail and impeccable cleanliness of the cottage. It was perfect for two yet my daughter visited on Sunday and there was plenty of room to have brunch and play some table games. The gas fireplace just makes you want to stay put on a cold night! Sarah was so easy to work with and communicated always in a timely manner when we had questions. We have rented over the years from many places but this listing will be kept close at hand when we need to stay in the area again. Thank you Sarah and Pete for sharing your amazing cottage with us! By the way Pete..the counter is absolutely beautiful, you should be very proud of how it turned out! Cheryl and Steve
