"Only complaints are the In room sauna took a long time to heat up and there weren’t a lot of options at the restaurant. Food was average at best. Otherwise it’s a beautiful location. Cant beat the price. Very large spacious rooms. "

"The hotel reception and main building was pretty nice but the apartment we were assigned was okay. The building/ apartments were old and pretty outdated and the beds were not the most comfortable. Somehow we ran out of hot water at night after using the sauna and had to shower in freezing cold water. Maintenance stopped by early the next morning but the issue had resolved itself. Pretty expensive for what we received. Buffet breakfast was good and they had a lot of options! "

"The hotel is bike friendly. We checked into the hotel after a long day biking in the rain. They have a lovely sauna, breakfast was really good, washing facilities and a great bar too. The room had beds that were too soft to our liking but that is the only complaint. Our building looked extremely new and we are already talking about a trip again this winter!! Oh and you can walk to the grocery store in 5 minutes and other restaurants if you wish. "

"Levi Hotel Spa is excellent in every way. The bus from Kittilä Airport stops right in front of the hotel. Every room is a short distance to the hotel’s Water World, as well as the slopes, dining, shopping. My junior suite had an in room sauna! On a personal note I left my backpack on the shuttle bus from the airport. The front desk helped to arrange drop off while I was on the slopes. All staffers of the hotel were friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone thinking about visiting...

"It's a nice place, close to the Zero Point ski slopes. We also had a private sauna for our room and it was awesome, we used it every day. I had better breakfasts than here, but it was edible. Though we rather bought some pastries as a breakfast in the closest groceries. Our room was quite spatious and even had a mini kitchen with microwave, fridge and sink. In the bathroom there was a drier machine for the wet clothes which we found extremely useful. All in all, we liked to stay here, probably...

"Loved our stay here. Long way from hotel facilities and no pool access. We had children with us. Our apartment needed more cutlery and glasses. I often expect when booking through a hotel and upgrading the room that you still get to access hotel facilities and have basics in room like tea and coffee. Amazing views, clean and comfortable. Good room temperature "

"Levi Hotel Spa is excellent in every way. The bus from Kittilä Airport stops right in front of the hotel. Loved the location

"Loved the location a little away from the town center and up high for a great overview! Breakfast was amazing and Natalya serviced it so well and with a sweet smile! Our room was cleaned and we appreciated Tanya for her special attention to our hot chocolate…thank you. Katja and Outi at the front desk were a delight, smiling and very helpful. We also appreciated the laundry service available. It was off season and everything was delightful. Gondola, ski slopes, Northern Lights and much more. "
