Within walking distance of the beach, bars, and restaurants, you'll be able to enjoy car-free convenience throughout your stay. The Wright Brothers Multi-Use Path is also just a short stroll from home for scenic walks along Kitty Hawk Bay. A noteworthy stop just north of the trailhead is the monument marker for the Wright Brothers' Garage. For an even more immersive experience, you can visit the Wright Brothers National Memorial, just over three miles away.

At home, enjoy sunny outdoor living on the private patio or relax inside while streaming shows and movies on the living room smart TV. The full kitchen makes it easy to prepare everything from beach picnics to home-cooked meals. Both bedrooms are located upstairs, separated from the common living area.

Great Condo
My daughter, niece, and I very much enjoyed our stay here at Max's National Nook. The house was clean, the area was perfect - super close to a nice public beach access with a bathhouse, and everything was neat and cozy. We would definitely stay here again. -Amy

Short drive to the beach (we have young children and didn’t feel comfortable walking with them across the highway, but there are crosswalks and it can be done). Easy to find beach parking as long as you get there before 10am (we were there late June). Guest Services was very responsive when there was a minor maintenance issue and had it resolved quickly. We really appreciated having the washer and dryer on site! Convenient drive to all the local attractions (we especially loved Jockey’s Ridge park and the aquarium!) We would definitely choose this property again!

It's in a very convenient location; although not a quiet one. Close to everything but there is a lot of traffic noise. This spot has all the essentials but none of the frills. If you like basic and are looking for a good enough place to crash for a reasonable price then this is the place for you!
