**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The breakfast bar with two seats offers a convenient spot for quick bites or casual dining. The dining area comfortably seats six guests, creating a welcoming space for enjoying meals together. The inviting living room provides a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment. A half bathroom is conveniently located on this level. For those who need to stay productive, a dedicated workspace with a desk is available, allowing you to attend to any work needs. Step out onto the balcony, furnished with Adirondack chairs, and soak in the coastal ambiance while enjoying the fresh sea breeze.

The lower level features a king bedroom with a balcony, providing a private retreat where you can relax and enjoy the views. A queen bedroom with a balcony is also available for your comfort. 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before check-in

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
