Just look for the green shutters on the Beach road at milepost three in Kitty Hawk! We are so excited to bring our home to the rental market for the first time, we look forward to sharing it with you. We know our home will be your favorite getaway on the Outer Banks. Enjoy a unique semi-oceanfront vacation home with 100% unobstructed views of the ocean and vegetated dune line.

This home includes:

· 5 master suites
· A kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook a 5-Star Meal
· 8 TVs throughout the home – one in every bedroom, the bar Area, the Living room and a TV in the Tiki Bar for sunday afternoon sports.
· Gas fireplace in the living room and grand master suite
· Three wine coolers, 2 commercial ice makers
· Professionally decorated with custom furniture
· All upgraded mattresses for the most comfortable night’s sleep Ever

· Tiki Bar with lots of seating, three TVs, professional beer cooler, wine cooler

· All Trex decking
· All high end polywood outdoor furniture
· Sundeck on the oceanfront porch with table, chairs, rockers and adirondack ‘s

· Ships’s watch deck above Tiki Bar with ocean view

· Gas grill, please use the small grill as the professional one is not functioning properly

Additional Notes:
· The electric awnings over the grill and in the back of the house are not for renter use due to prior misuse
· There are umbrellas to use poolside in the storage beneath the tiki bar (please keep the umbrellas closed when not in use as wind can pickup quickly)

Direct beach access with pedestrian friendly crosswalk

Pool is open April 15-October 15 and is NOT heated. Hot Tub available all year for guest use.

PET INFO: We do allow you to bring your four legged friend with you and have a fenced in backyard and dog crate available inside. We do only allow ONE dog with a $150 non refundable pet fee and ask that you please clean up behind your dog. Please note that each town has different leash laws for bringing your pets on the beach. East from beginning to end. Property was everything expected owners were super friendly and quick to respond. Great location. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which is key! Amazing view from crows nest and the bar area was our favorite spot to hang! Very clean and house had everything we needed for cooking meals! We would love to come back again!

Wonderful for families
We had a fabulous time! The house is perfect for larger groups. We loved having the option to split up and stay at pool, or cross street to go to beach. The tiki bar was a great touch- the automatic ice maker being one of our favorite aspects to the house! Check in was easy and the house was ready a few hours early, which was a delightful surprise. Hoping to book again for next summer if there is availability!

Wonderful
We had a wonderful trip! The house had everything we needed and more. The house had lots of room and was very clean! We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the easy access to the beach. We had mom, dad, 3 kids ages 3, 9, 10 and grandma. It was perfect, everyone had their own space and plenty of room to all be together! They responded to any questions we had right away and were incredibly nice.

Excellent home for families
We are a family of 9 and found this home to have all the amenities we hoped for and more. Well stocked kitchen, close to beach access, pool, (not heated), comfy furniture, and very clean outdoor furniture. We appreciated the host family’s communication and quick response time. In sum, this home exceeded our expectations. If there was a con worth mentioning it would be that we had no bar soap or any toiletries for the bathrooms. Easily solved, though, with a quick trip to the store. Thanks for the use of your lovely home.

Kitty Hawk vacation
This was a perfect home for our extended family of 10. The house was ideal for all our needs and the proximity to the beach was ideal. We had perfect weather to enjoy the tiki bar, pool and hot tub as well. We also spent a few early mornings sipping coffee on the front porch. My grandson loved it so much that he is already planning his vacation next year at the very same house!

Fantastic trip
The house was so great! It had everything we needed. We were a group of high school classmates, friends for over 40 years. The pool, hot tub, tiki bar was so nice and convenient. The fact that all the bedrooms have its own bathroom was fantastic. The furnishings were all top quality. We will do it again in a minute!
