Hosts are helpful and sent us instructions on the day we checked in. Not really a hostel per se, no cooking was permitted. There was also some charge for disposal of food waste. There was no lighting at the car park area with portholes, so checking in after sunset could be challenging.
Assuming you have a car (kiyosato is slightly out of the way), this place is great. Big common area, clean rooms and toilets, good value.
Staff weren't super friendly but they were alright.
