"I just have to rave about the helpfulness of the staff. Especially a kind, bubbling Elizabeth. Elizabeth went out of her way to solve any problems I might have. Each morning she booked a cab for me. And treated me as a friend with recommendations , you could tell she truly cares about people. There was a problem with loud noise coming from what sounded like the house cleaners very late one night. I think they live there, and were arguing quite loudly. Other that that it’s good for a two star...

"The Hotel rightly located. It is a 3 minutes walk to the bus stop to board the Tram to the City Centre, which is approximately 10-15 minutes ride, depends on Stops. The rooms are big and well decorated. The breakfast scramble egg was tasty and we enjoyed the Cappuccino. There were other selections of breakfast drinks. For a 4-Star Hotel, the Group should provide Kettle, tea/coffee and biscuits in rooms for guests. "
