"The hotel is located in a residential area, very quite and far from the city. It seems like it has been newly renovated, the decor is quite new and gives you a warm feeling. The receptionist wasn't as friendly to non-German speaking clients. There are cobbwebs and a spider in the bathroom which wasn't very nice. Sound insulation is pretty poor as you hear your neighbours easily, whenever they plug in a socket or open/close their doors. "

"Really easy checkin even late at night. Lovely, clean room with comfortable bed. Wi-Fi was not great, but I was able to reconnect when signal was lost. The housekeeping staff entered my room in the morning without knocking which was a bit of a surprise but I expect that it was because I used the self-checkin feature and possibly they didn’t know I was there. "This was our second time staying at this hotel (a family member had recommended it), and we were really happy with both of our stays! The hotel is centrally-located with a Mexican bar/restaurant right next door; both times we stayed there, we had no issues with outside noise. No air conditioning units, just a vertical fan. The rooms are big and comfy and the WiFi is great! "

"The property and rooms are beautiful, the only criticisms is that the air conditioning was useless. Given the outside temperature was only 26c or so, the rooms were roasting hot and the tiny a/c unit totally ineffective. Would not return unless this was improved. Also the swimming pool was freezing despite being told that it was heated."

"I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The hotel is clearly quite new, however it is still very clean. I heard no noise from the street or hotel, as you can often here the next room in hotels like this. Breakfast was pleasant. All parts of the hotel were very clean and all staff very friendly. "room was way smaller than we thought (based on the pictures) room was hot and the window was awkward to open it, looked like a sliding door but it isn’t. there was a balcony but we couldn’t access it from the room due to that weird looking glass door. the mechanism to unlock the room door is just hard to use and hard to get used to. if you show up after driving or flying all day and you just want to get in your room and relax, well, the door lock might have different plans for you. "
