The lovingly prepared property offers with a terrace, a lawn and a barbecue area plenty of space to relax and unwind. The large living room has a sofa bed, the dining table with chairs and satellite TV and the stereo. In the adjoining small kitchen are electric hobs, a fridge with TK-compartment, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and a kettle. A spiral staircase leads to the large bedroom on the upper floor, equipped with a double bed, a couch and a wardrobe. In the shower room is plenty of storage space available. Garden furniture can be used on the terrace and barbecue grill. The car parking space under a carport is located on the property. The bed linen is included in the room rate. Towels, we ask you, in any case, bring your own. There are no towels provided. Additional costs (water, electricity, and possibly Gas consumption) are included in the rent.
