"This is a great home for a family to stay in Long Beach. Location is excellent. It’s an old home, but comfortable and welcoming and clean. We stayed with our toddler and two other adults. Parking is spacious, and there are lots of cozy spaces to sit and relax. The hosts also provided a lot of information Through the welcome guide which was very helpful. " This place was great for the most part! The biggest issue is the septic system is only supposed to hold about 70gal/day. You have to be mindful of using too much water and setting off the alarm. Our group of 6 didnt feel we could all shower in the same day. It also limits how much laundry you can do. The listing says a 1 minute walk to the beach. Its about a 10 minute walk on a very steep path. There is public beach access a couple blocks away if you are limited mobility. The best things...
