"+ w pokoju czysto, schludnie, pachnie nowością + bardzo dobre jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji (choć nie tanie) + przede wszystkim wyjątkowy klimat zamkowych ruin + blisko Radkowa, Wambierzyc i szlaku na Szczeliniec - przy ponad 30 stopniach na dworze, na poddaszu było dość gorąco - w nocy przy ulewie okno połaciowe lekko przeciekało (może to naprawili po naszym pobycie) - brak windy, torby trzeba wnosic na dość wysokie piętro"

"The property is beautiful and if you want a peaceful rest this is the place to visit. If you come with children they have plenty of places to just run around, and a great play room. Just make sure you make a reservation for dinner at the restaurant, as they remind you every night, otherwise you won't be served. They do have a very fast room service though. "

""Unique" was idea to pay extra for swimming pool using. For the first time in my life receptionist try to charge me (hotel guest) for usage hotel property. I have a long and difficult day, traveling from Chicago to the Czech Republic 10,5 hours flight to Istanbul, 6,5hours stop, 2,5 flight to Prague. I rented a car and have 2,5 hours drive to the hotel. I tried rest and relax. Unfortunately a very rude receptionist mentioned I can't use hot tub which was included but there was a "private party" at the moment probably even for outside people I would expect refund but not from arrogant shameless people. "Great atmosphere, nice restaurant, beautiful surroundings, although isolated. Poor room service, they just removed the garbage, beds were a mess always, not much English speaking, some yes, but it was not easy to get around."
