"Convenient flat in a quiet and green environment. Good features, excellent communication with the very friendly landlord/lady who were very reactive and gave many good tips. Great mountainous area on the border between Poland and the Czech Republic."

"The apartment is nice - 5th floor with fantastic views. But - the swimming pool, sauna and gym are not included in the price. The apartment door did not close - so it was a little bit uncomfortable. When we arrived the first lift was broken and the second day broke the second and the last one. 8 floors (from -3 to 5th floor) with the ski equipment up and down was quite hard. "

"Alles war rund um perfekt. Der Check-In und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos und sehr nett. Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Vor allem die Spielscheune und das Trampolin im Garten haben unserer Tochter super gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"We spent 1 week over New Years as a family (11 adults, 6 children). We we're amazed by the spacious House. The kids really enjoyed the Game Room and the Garden. We had fun cooking together and eating at the big table, as well as playing Board Games in the living Room. Heating up the oven was also fun for everyone. In the end we got lucky with the weather and had snow. The nearby cities Jelena Gora and Bad Flinsberg are wörth visiting. Thankyou Kate! Highly Recommended!"

"It’s a convenient complex of 6 buildings including a spa and reception building connected through corridors which means you don’t have to go out when moving between buildings . Rooms are spacious and equipped with a coffee machine, tea bags etc. And a kettle. Bathrobes are included and it’s a norm that people are wearing these when going to a swimming pool or spa. My only observation on a room is that it doesn’t have enough drying racks - there were 4 of us snowboarding/ skiing plus using spa/ swimming pool so we had a lot of kit to dry as you can imagine and not enough space to dry the kit. It has a small swimming pool that is mostly occupied by kids. The hotel is kids friendly so have this in mind when booking. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is abundant In various foods from sweet to savoury. The hotel is a close proximity to the Main Street of shops and restaurants and similarly to ski slopes - it took me 35 mins to walk to Ski Arena Karpacz. I would definitely recommend it and go back. Enjoy your stay! "

"Hotel and surroundings are are lovely. Breakfast selection was very good. The only negative thing was that they have seating area and games in corridor by some of the rooms. I was in one of those rooms. That meant i was woken up numerous times during late evening and night by people playing and being loud. I had called reception twice and after nearly an hour they had asked particularly loud group to move but after thst i gave up calling every time someone was loud. No other room was offered to me. Luckily i was there only 1 night."
