"Property is very clean. I was alone but more than enough room for a family. I had trouble checking in because I could not get the lock info from the VBRO communications, and I could not reach the landlord. it took over an hour on the phone with VBRO to get the appropriate info. The house itself is very nice. Small fenced yard for my dog was a plus"

"Location was great with a good neighborhood. House was not clean and a lot of leftover stuff from previous tenants. Lawn was in desperate need of being mowed. Dealing with property management was a nightmare prior to stay. We got moved to different dates without our permission, added charges later, and asked if another family could stay towards end of our stay whom we did not know. Very unprofessional. No refunds whatsoever just so you know once you book property."

"I originally booked this as a place to stay after we went to the Taylor Swift concert in Indianapolis. It’s about a 15-minute drive off the freeway and I passed through a couple of small towns to get to our destination. One would never guess that this lies hidden within this building. We thoroughly enjoyed it and have talked about a girls’ trip here in the future. I would stay here again."

"We had a wonderful experience at the Charming Spacious Getaway. The host communicated well in advance and ensured an easy check-in process. Coffee was provided which was a big plus. Great view from the front porch. Easy access to interstate that takes you into Indianapolis. Plan to stay here again next year! "

"My daughter and I stayed at this lovely place while we got settled into her new apartment for Ball State. The home was well appointed and beautifully decorated. All furnishings and paint appeared brand new. My only suggestion would be an add baking pan or two as I was unable to find one. I will definitely stay again for future visits to the Muncie area. "
