"The bed sheets were not clean. Covered in both human and dog hair. Room was freezing. Looks to be an old converted shed sitting in a concrete pad. It was 5 degrees outside and we had a constant draft through the doors, windows, and cold air emitting straight from the floor. The home is old, which is no issue. "grade A for what most people would consider a Roach/Kat/Ice motel. there were no fights, and it was very peaceful. if you're rating them on cleanliness, you already know it's phenomenal: 1/3 of the people working there is top tier in cleanin', and he does a great job. there is no continental breakfast (they can't take it down), so don't take it out on them because you're cranky. just go get some coffee.
