All the staff members I interacted with were extremely helpful, friendly and very professional. My room was on the ground floor and was superb. The bed was so comfortable. I had missed the cutoff for barfood by a few minutes but reception called them and placed an order for me which was ready at the bar 10 mins later. Check in was fast and efficient with very friendly and polite staff. Room was clean but the heating was overpowering and I had to turn off the radiator. The bathroom was clean and my only single complaint was the shower head as the water flow was poor and the nozzles could probably do...

"We got upgraded to a premium suite which was great. Had 2 kings & pull out sofa. Room was clean and spacious. Awesome large patio space. However the shower had quite a bit of black mold. Under the sink was mold and a pile of caulk under the bath. Benches by bed had stains and rip. For a 4 star hotel I think these things could have easily be fixed. "
