It is perfect for traveling nurse or ORNL post doc UT student.
Located in NW Knoxville, quick trip to UT or ORNL, Oak Ridge, Clinton.
All amenities, heat/air, hot shower, WiFi, gas stove, etc.
This unit is for 1 person. (temporary guest OK). (vising kids and family OK)
Our last guest was here a couple years and just bought a house.
Will be available June 1.(Min 30 nights rental)
