NEJ!!! Varning!

NEJ! Rekommenderas inte, mycket låg standard! Mannnen såg helt ovetande ut om min ankomst trots att jag hälsat på veckan före för att få min bokning bekräftad.Ofräscht, dåligt underhållet, halvdan städning, tråkig stämning, otrevligt bemötande! Svårt att kommunicera, flickorna kan inte ett ord engelska, mannen lite grand. Spartanskt frukost, ingen juice, försökte beställa, aja baja, ett stekt ägg, en liten kopp instant kaffe, FICK en extra kopp en morgon, som sen debiterades som TVÅ för 80 THB, protesterade och fick betala 40 THB för en mycket liten och slafsigt serverad kopp. Halvdan städning, massor av spindelnät och små flygfän i hörnen. Men sängen var skön och utsikten från frkostplatsen ut mot havet det enda fina med detta ställe!

Für eine nacht ok

Wenn man abends auf der insel ankommt kann man sich hier sammeln und dann weiter. Waren eine nacht dort. Die Einrichtung ist hinüber aber der Ausblick ist toll.

La chambre que nous avions réservée et payée était occupée le 1 er soir. Nous avons dû nous contenter d'une chambre moindre sans compensation , car le prix était différent, en plus du désagrément de devoir déménager ! Le personnel est aimable et agréable et le confort satisfaisant.

Charmigt för en natt men inte i sovsalen

Charmigt med mysig restaurangdel där man kan titta ut över vattnet. Sängen var dock stenhård, jag kunde lika gärna sovit på golvet. Täcket var ett badlakan. Det var inte helt rent, men ok. Det städades inte varje dag, och en död kackerlacka låg i badrummet. Det saknades säkerhetsskåp i sovsalen för värdesaker eller väska. Men wifi fungerade bra. Boka dom privata dubbelrummen här istället för sovsalen, inte mycket dyrare men trevligare.

Hyvä sijainti lähellä satamaa

Piti olla Deluxe-huone merinäköalalla. Ei ollut kumpaakaan. Yhden yön visiitin vuoksi ei jaksanut ruveta vänkäämään. Näppärällä paikalla lähteä laivoihin. Ainekset oikein kivaan guesthouseen olisi, mutta ei taida into riittää. Naapurista löytyy parempia. Nyt oli aamupalakokki sairastunut, joten ei mahdollisuuta aampupalaan. Mutta viereinen Catfish paikkasi homman loistavasti.

Viele nette Restaurants, gute Shoppingmöglichkeite

Das Hotel ist ok, aber mehr auch nicht. Man kann für ein oder zwei Nächte dort bleiben, um sich z. B. Vor Ort etwas anderes zu suchen, so habe ich es gemacht. Ich musste leider eine Nacht im Dorm bleiben, obwohl ich ein Einzelzimmer gebucht hatte, aber es gab Probleme mit dem Zimmer. Einen Teil des Geldes habe ich ungefragt zurück bekommen, trotzdem war es ärgerlich. Zumal die Matrazzen im Dorm brutal hart sind. Ich hatte noch nie einen so steifen und schmerzhaften Nacken nach dem Aufstehen, wie dort.

Vi stannade på detta hotell i 3 nätter, perfekt läge mitt i saladan, shopping och restauranger direkt utanför dörren. Jättebra service. Söker man ett enkelt och prisvärt boende är detta perfekt.

Awesome place right next to the passenger pier

Wonderful place right next to the passenger ferry if coming from Phi Phi, Krabi or Phuket. Rooms are very nice, simple with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again. Though, it is not worth to pay extra for the sea view room - you can sit on the deck and have the same thing. Be sure to bring mosquito repellent or kill or mosquitos before going to bed. The owner is a really nice guy that will help you out with whatever you need. He arranged a van for us to go from Koh Lanta to Krabi airport for 300THB (good price as the lowest you can get to with lot of bargaining is 200THB). Thus, cheaper than 400THB ferry plus taxi to the airport. Our trip from the hotel to Krabi airport took only 1h 40mins, but do calculate about 2-3 hrs for the transfer. Right next to the Sincere Guesthouse is a motorcycle rental with rates from 200 to 400THB/day. TIP: go straight south the western coast of the island and you will see gas stations to fill your bike for about 26THB/liter instead of 40-50THB/l around the island. Big plus: one of the few places that you can pay with debit/credit card, though they charge 3% fee. Negative: the only thing is the overpriced breakfast for about 150THB, which you can get in the nearby restaurants for half the price or even cheaper if you wander further away.

Zentrumsnah direkt am Pier

Man konnte zwar nicht direkt an einen Strand, aber dafür hatte man den Markt, einige Restaurants, Straßenstände in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns einen Tag einen Roller gemietet 300 Baht so kommt man rum und kann an einen Strand fahren, wo man will. Das Guesthouse ist auf Stelzen gebaut und man kann dort sehr gut chillen und aufs Meer rausschauen.

Koselig B&B med hyggelig betjening

hotellet har noen få og små rom med minimal komfort. Beliggenhet rett ved fergeleiet og kjempekoselig betjening sammen med et hyggelig utested helt ute i elven gjør at hotellet gir god valuta for pengene. Lave priser og gratis WIFI. Her er det minimalt med luksus og mer av Thailand slik det var før i tiden.

A bit of a find amongst the deluge of cheap stays

We found this place through reviews and blogs. A time consuming exercise that often lead to disappointment. However, Sincere thankfully didn't fall into the latter. King and his wife have a bit of a gem on the north of the island. It's a little different to the normal stops as it sits just off the pier and overlooks the inlet for the island. It turns out that this is actually a nice place to be. The rooms are clean, the water is hot and the aircon pumps out cold air when you need it. King and his wife are attentive, genuinely interested in making your stay a good one and thee little place is a lovely place to sink a beer in at the back and watch the world go by over the water or watch the sun go down. People tend to head South on the island but we chose the very north so we could head out on trips, not have a further transfer when we arrived and easily head off when it was time to go. Turns out that we made new friends in King and his wife to boot. We'd recommend here if you're looking forms relaxing stay in a clean place that's a little bit different to the norm. The breakfasts and lunches and really good too. And the coffee we almost forgot. It's great. A godsend after weeks of terrible attempts elsewhere. A bonus when you're really craving one. You won't be disappointed.

Great guest house, perfect base

We stayed here several nights as our base in Koh Lanta, and loved it. The couple who runs the place are really great. The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch and is pretty good, and there are lots of good restaurants nearby in Ben Saladan. It's not right on the beach, but taking tuk tuks to get around Koh Lanta is simple and we liked this area better than the beach-front areas (for comparable budgets at least) where we hung out during the day. Location is also easy walking distance from where the ferry from Krabi arrives. Highly recommended.

Väldigt lugnt och mysigt, men fortfarande nära till affärer och restauranger. Tog ca 5 min med tuk tuk till havet! Men servicen är något bland den bästa!
